“During my career, I have had the great privilege and opportunity to work in sales and business leadership positions for major B2B media services & events businesses in my first decade and subsequently at SaaS start-ups & scale-ups; from 5 to 1000 people and £250k to £150M in revenues.
I’ve learned so much (and still do everyday) from landing and expanding into new geographies, cultures and markets; matrixing models and identifying new opportunities have given me a deep understanding and experience of sales through diverse buyers’ needs and what we at Win 360 call universal True Sales Fundamentals (TSFs).
Having experienced the full gamut of turn-arounds, small start-ups, accelerated growth and scale-ups to successful exits, we reflected on this - the best news is, these TSFs work everywhere, whether selling a £1k widget or £10M platform. ”
